We are currently looking for top notch players; We are always on the lookout for people that are over the skill cap. We are looking only for players that have the drive to be the best and are capable of completing all content on heroic mode.  Currently, we are running two 10man groups, down from 25mans for progression.  We are looking for people to join that will contribute to our success in 10mans as well as 25mans (once enough good players have joined).

Gear and Additional Requirements: Minumum of full 346 heroic 5man gear and any crafted epics.  Our mindset is progression and difficult encounters, we are not here to carry sub-par players through content and hand you gear.  You are expected to have reviewed boss strats prior to raid if you have not done the fight yet.  Raid invites go out at 5pm server time with a 5:30 go time.  We are looking for good, consistant raiders.  If you cannot make the raid time consistantly, and/or are unprepared for encounters, you will not raid. A screenshot of your UI is required in the application. (Note: we do not need to see you ERPing with all your gear off or you doing 100k dps on a trash pull, clean UI pictures are all we are interested in). Applications include your armory links now, so make sure to log out in the gear you want us to see, not your pvp or RP gear.

If you cannot meet these requirements, do not apply, but if you are looking for a guild set on progression and think you can step up to the challenge, then we are waiting for you.
